Question on sizing 18/9f and 18/10R

I just bought Volk GT-C's. +44 offset, I went off the chart on the FD sizing chart. It says on the chart to use 30 profile in the front and rear. I was wondering if I can use 40 front and 35 in the rear? I also just bought HKS RS coilovers.

Also can anyone know of a good size tire to get. I was thinking about 225 in front and 275 in the rear.
Thanks for the help.

I don't know squat about tires, but 225mm seems awfully narrow for a 9 inch rim. I would shoot for 255mm. As for the aspect ratio, that kind of depends on the diameter of the tire doesn't it? What is the diameter of your new wheels?

For my 18"x9" and 18"x10". I use 255/35 and 285/30 and no rubbing.
