question on calipers...

question on calipers...

do calipers ever go bad/ not work? i bought turbo II calipers from a guy here and i haven't tried to install or test them yet cuz i just got my car back (yay!). i mean i was just curious... thanks!

The pistons can seize and the seals can go bad. You should be able to move the pistons back and fourth and the seals should have no cracks or tears in them. If the seals are bad or the pistons don't move then you'll need to rebuild them or have someone else do it.
