Question about stock FD wheels...

Well I have a set of stock FD wheels off a 94 and they just came back from the powdercoaters, but when I was looking at my H&R hubcentric spacers, the hubcentric ring on the spacer did not seem to fit inside the wheel

What is the center bore of the stock FD wheels? Is it possible that the powdercoating process has added enough material so that they spacers will no longer fit properly?

Yes, powdercoating actually add about 2mm of paint. Usually when you powdercoat, you can tell them which area not to coat. In your case, you should have told them to mask the center bore area.
You can just sand them down with sandpaper, or use airtool with wire wheel will work too.

Sigh, more work I don't have time for

I never even thought about the spacers when I took the wheels in for powdercoating... I guess I should have.

Is the center bore on these wheels in fact 67mm? Or am I going to have to get these machined out instead of just hand sanding them?

Thanks for the help though, glad I got a quick answer.
