question about slotted or cross drilled rotors.

I just checked out ebay and I found a place selling cross drilled and slotted rotors made by brembo for 210.This includes all four for only 210 plus shipping.
My only question is this. Are brembo rotors this cheap? Could they be knock offs? Also can slotted or drilled and slotted rotors be machined like regular rotors? Thanx guys in advance.Im probably going to give this place atry.If the stuff is legit then everyone will have a good place to pick up some brembos for cheap.

i got those! they are plain brembos that they slot and drill by machining.

they are okay, im mean they work fine, but get them zinc plated. otherwise they rust within 5days. I had to spray some boeshield t9 on there to keep it from rusting.

over all i'm still happy with what i got. oh and do yourself a favor and get slotted only (less likely to crack later on).

how much is it to get them zinc plated? I was thinking the same thing as well.Just going with the slotted ones since ive heard bad things about drilled ones cracking.
One other thing though. Can the slotted ones be machined just like the regular rotors?
What im confused about is that they say they come zinc plated already.False advertising or what?
What do you think? 210 for the brembos or 440 for the powerslot ones? I wouldnt think theres much of a difference if any.I could be wrong though. If someone knows anything about this let me know.Thanx.

now that would suck.I wonder where I would be able to get that done. This place must be different then.Because they offer the rotors already zinc plated.Sweet.
Now the only thing holding me back is the fact that I may not be able to cut the rotors like the regular ones.
If anyone else has any idea whether they can be cut or not feel free to chime in.thanx guys for the help so far.I really appreciate it.

Please post a link because I find it hard to believe you can buy 4 Brembo rotors that have been slotted and zinc-plated for $210 when it's almost impossible to buy Brembo blanks for that amount.

Here is a great package deal. You get the Brembo slotted/dimpled rotors, pads and stainless lines for $455 shipped. And the rotors are zinc coated as well.

http://turboimport.com/catalog/rx7.htm

*edit* that deal on Ebay isn't that good. You will have to pay 40 bucks shipping, so the cost comes to $250. Actually $253 with insurance. Then if you get the pads, you pay $343. And thats for drilled rotors that I personally don't like.

I would rather not use Ebay if I don't have to (got the shaft a few times). So I try to avoid it

thanx for the info fumanchu.
Unfortunately I already replaced my brake pads a week ago with axxis ones and thats when we cut the oem rotors.Needless to say when we measured them they needed to be replaced. So 250 for the slotted only rotors that are zinc coated are the way to go for me.
I contacted the company All Rotors and they said it would cost me the same for slotted only rotors. So they do sell the non drilled ones.Still the best deal for my situation.Had I known about the deal you just showed me fumanchu I would have gone with it instead.
