yes, im looking to buy these from my cousins friend. they are used with 75% tread. i dont know what type of tire, but im sure its not some POS

i dont know the dimensions or anything about it =\. an estimate would be fine

why not just ask him what he wants for them? The used market value will vary by owner but if they're the actual 3 piece wheels I'd offer $1500 and see what he says.
