Those wheels are nice. Can't wait until you post a pic of your car with the wheels on.

Those have to way like twenty something pounds if they are that cheap. No way can there be a rim that looks that nice, is that cheap, and be lightweight too. How much do they weigh?

I would bet they are heavy as well. Also, they are only 8" wide so that's not going to drive the cost up much. Low price always comprises something, usually width, quality and/or weight.

They do look nice however. Would be better in an 18x10 in my opinion.

just a question: Why do people buy wheels and don't figure tires into the cost?

thanks Grimlock! also i like Falken tires in general. my brother has the azenis(sp?) on his 17" konig imagines and those tires are quiet and handle well. right now my stockers have Falken ziex 502's and they performed way better at the track than i thought they would! Good luck with your tires!

How could you make a rim wider? I don't understand how that's even possible, certainly not safe for the durability of the rim.

Hope those are going the T2 FC. 8 wide is no better than stock for FD

Even if you do some how manage to have the wheels widened, you're now adding more weight to the wheel with extra material, and compromising wheel strength.

Enjoy them, anway

i highly doubt the man would jeopardize his business to do something that is unsafe. now looking at my wheels they are one peice so they most likely cannot be modified. remember wheels can be made on cnc machines to exacting specs out of strong materials(which is the process of most top notch wheels) multi peice wheels no doubt in my mind can be done. Now on another note everybody assumes they know what purpose i'm using thses wheels for! These are just for driving around town, any performance oriented driving will be done on stock wheels with the proper tires! If you do a search on my username you will see i'm a dragracer!

That's a good point. This does look like a multi-piece wheel, so if they just widen the outer part, then they could bolt up (or however they attach it) the spokes to it.

If you are just driving around town and not too worried about you car taking corners at 1g, then who the **** cares if your rims are only 8'' wide.

They look sweet man.

Oh...sorry, the rivets led me to believe your wheels were multi-piece. They're 1-pc wheels machined to look like multi-piece wheels

after closer inspection the wheel appears to be 1 peice, but a multi-peice wheel could be done.

can you explain why it would be unsafe to have custom made sections for multi-peice wheels
