Outlaw big brake kit pads question

Pls chime in if you know of or have this set up.

I'm diagnosing horrible squealing on my brakes. Rotors seem fine but when I took a closer look, the pads are horrible!

Question is, what brake pads fits the outlaw BBK from pettit racing and what do you recommend? I cannot salvage the part number on the back. I've tried contacting pettit racing but they won't answer. Maybe I'll get a faster response here.

What caliper is used with your kit? Usually you can find listings by caliper.

Also look at the website/catalog for Performance Friction as they have a listing by pad shape. Take some measurements of your pads and get the shape which can then be applied to many manufacturers.

If both of those fail you can send your existing pads to Carbotech or Cobalt Friction and they'll make you any pad you want with that backing plate.

That is a standard Willwood superlite/outlaw pad. Any race brake mfg will be able to give you what you need. You need to tell them you have an outlaw 3000 caliper.

Here are the hawk part numbers
https://www.pegasusautoracing.com/pr...?Product=HB101

Your backing plate pattern is HB101 from Hawk.. You should be able to cross reference from there.

What are you doing with the car?

Thanks guys, I'll check them out. I eventually want to take it to some auto x events. Nothing too crazy.

You definitely don't have the 73xx pad shape which is what was linked. Yours looks more like this pad: https://www.pegasusautoracing.com/pr...?Product=HB521

Just take some simple measurements and you'll know for sure.

I have lots of these pads at home.

If interested shoot me a PM and I'll see if I have any street ones available.
