Online wheel dealers

I have searched, here and google, and am tired of finding the honda wheel worlds that are all over the net. I'd like to know of any sites, that sell nice brand name rims in the sizes and offsets that work with the FD. Thanks for any help.

I would rarely trust tire rack or discount tire to give you your best options with regards to setting up a good combo for your car. Unless it's simple street car. Most of the people I know who buy from tire rack specify what they want. Many times tire rack will not want to sell to you these requests for liability reasons. You are much better off staying away from places like wheelmax, tire rack, discount. tire rack has some great great wheels, but for tailored purposes can be cumbersome at times. The wholesale side is very easy to work with as the dealer will ultimately retain liability.

autornd is a distributor for us and i know they know about wheels for FD because that's what Rishie orders. He has his own recipes. He drills all our sponsees with countless questions about functions, budgets, future or current brake upgrades, suspension modifications, body mods, yadda yadda yadda. He asks all the right questions and have saved us a lot of time in trying to make sure we did not make a mistake. After all we are simply a brake and suspension company. We rely on technical people like that who will get on their knees and measure stuff. People who have lots of experience with custom application.

Otherwise count on guys here to qualify your functions and budgets to give you suggestions with what widths, offsets, diameters, and relative tire sizing to run. Or you could just call and ask for Rishie. I think once you say RX7 they will refer you to him. haha.

Mahjik, i will kindly let autornd know you referred them. They will be most appreciative.

Oh ya. What are you looking for anyway? Might as well ask. What are your functions and budgets for a tire and wheel combo. Your function will tell you what width, diameter, and tire size to run. Budget will tell us if this can be done in your price range. I can make some suggestions for you to look at. Do you have weight requirements? I know many FD owners are picky about wheel weight because the car is so light and stock wheels are very light. Almost too light. haha.
