offsets
i know this question gets asked alot.
so could someone please compile a chart of
rim sizes..........useable offsets.........useable tire sizes
16x8
17x8
18x8
18x9
also could the correct overall tire height be noted with the correct tire size
alot of us just scratch our heads when it comes to this topic and nobody wants to spend the money on rims that don't fit properly.
i know the word out is to use as close to 50mm as possible but we don't know if 38mm is acceptable and so on.
i know this would be a great sticky if anyone can do this.
of course there would need to be one for each model.
hope iam not asking for to much.
thanks

This is what wheel dealers are for
Yeah, I think you're asking alot from someone, especially since there will be no compensation on the part of the spreadsheet developer, and there's the possiblity of liability issues.
Ironically I have such a spreadsheet for FD Rx7s only. I am not willing to share my spreadsheet, because if the fitment doesn't work out, I don't want to be held liable for the missed fitment!
This liability should weigh heavily into the equation for the person who decides to take on this project.
I definitely feel that this sort of spreadsheet is the responsibility of the wheel vendor, not the customer's; and anyone wishing to put a QUALITY spreadsheet like this together should be compensated by the wheel vendors in some form.
