Offset size for 18x12 with pettit flares?

Offset size for 18x12 with pettit flares?
I've searched but could come up ith anything. I was just wondering if this combo-- Front: 18x8 +37 offset / Rear: 18x12 +18 offset--would work with the pettit fender flares.
