PA New Tires This Spring What are the best options

OK - the current tires are toast. While the car is garaged for the cold weather it is time to buy some new sneakers. This is not a track car nor a daily driver. Would love to buy some Nitto track tires but it will serve no purpose. So the question is as follows. I have nice stock rims and need to decide what to buy. I ran any numbers of tires on the FD and my prior FC. The car gets like 5k a year as it is purely for my enjoyment on nice roads and mostly nice days. So given no price concerns what are the best tires to run as a moderate driver that will on rare opportunity get into the rain? So many new items and now we have Holland checking in with its new brand.
