New Gramlights problem with tire

put these new bad *** gramlights on perfect offset 17x9 +35 w/ 255's and 17x8 +30 w/ 235

front passenger tire was mounted backwards so i had it flipped...it has a small flat spot and is not perfectly round so the tire vibrates really bad even with a balance at two shops....is there such thing as a tire place that has a machine which will sand the tire round again...ive heard rumors of this type of equipment

and you guys thing i should drop it and roll the fenders or leave it?

its called shaving... and lot of autocrossers have this done to tires.
significantly reduces life of the tire, obviously. you should be able to find a place that can do this for you. but you should probably shave in pairs, at least...

depending on how much it costs it might be more worthwhile to just get a new tire if the other one is still brand new.

wheels look very nice. i would lower and roll, but if you are happy with it just leave it.

if the other tires are new, which they look to be, i'd just replace that tire all together rather than spending money to shorten the lifespan of the tire
