Need the stock offset for TII 16 x7 "Mesh" style rims.

It's my first post to this section of the Forum! Woo hoo!
Anyways, I was wondering if any of you knew the stock offset for the 1989-1991 stock "Mesh" style TII type wheels.
Is it 40mm? Basically I want to get some 16 x 7 TE37s and want to make sure they're a direct replacement. I've got an NA so 205/55-16 is plenty of tire, and I won't cringe at potholes if I'm runnning 205/40-17's Volks!
