Wink Need long memory..Suspension Q.

Anyone know where to get the stock Rubber suspension bushing for the 88 vert? Yeah, I'm the oddball who really would like to stay stock. I know getting the Energy will stiffen the ride, corner better, but I don't want a bone jarring ride. Now if the Energies don't do that I'm all for it otherwise I'd like the original ride. I've looked a VictoriaBritish & nada. Thanks in advance.

The poly bushings won't give you a bone jarring ride. They may increase harshness slightly, but it probably won't be noticable, and they'll be a lot easier to install than OEM ones, if you can even still get any.

If you want bone jarring go with spherical bearings, otherwise poly will vastly improve performance with minimal ride deterioration, rubber is a poor suspension locator and wears fast. Your stock (good condition) springs and dampers dictate your ride harshness and they should be more than capable of soaking up 95% of the road irregularities.

All good info. I don't auto x, or do cones on the weekends so I basically use the vert to cruise up & down the coast in so I'm leaning more towards a comfortable ride than anything. I'll look into some Energies & tweak the springs. Again thanks.
