need help with tire fitment

i have a 95 rx-7

i want to buy some rims from craigslist but i am not sure if the offset will fit please help

Wheel Size:2 - 18x9.5 , 2- 18x8.5 , 5x114
Wheel Offset: r +22, f +30
Wheel Brand: 5zigen
Tire Size: f 225 40 18, r 235 40 18
Tire Brand:
Number of Wheels/Tires available: 4

the offset is 22 and 30 willl they fit?

thats RWD offset, unfortunately mazda made our cars run FWD offsets, so for instance i run 18x9 +44 and 18x10 +44 in rear. Those probably came off S-Chassis (nissan 240sx 1989-1998) just guessing based on those fitments.
