Need help pressing out bushings

Hey all. Looking for some assistance with pressing out the rear upper control arm bushings. I looked over the post by Jim lab but I'm missing the bars that he uses.

I wanted to see if anyone else used a different technique other than using the bars to removing these. I had to purchase many sockets that was required to remove the other bushings. I just can't figure out how to remove them otherwise other than cutting them out.

Thanks in advance!

You can try the C-clamp method. If you have a press, you can get bar stock from McMaster Carr. The important thing is make sure the bushing being pressed is supported

For others reading this thread, I used the hole drill method. Messy but satisfying. Just drill out the rubber portion of the bushing on one side. I had rented the C-clamp kit, so I used the screw for the clamp through the hole and on to a socket to push the other bush out with a 12T press.
