That's what makes the CCW's so tempting Gene. I'm about 5 hours away from him in Florida. Might make getting the right width/offset that much easier.

you cant go wrong with CCW.
price, strength, sizes, readily replaceable, unique, etc.
some people dont like the looks of the mesh wheels but other than that, its hard to say no to a fresh CCW setup.
I've seen Rx-Bens 17x10 fronts and 17x12 rears in person and they are just beautiful wheels... excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Simmons. Aus made, though there are distributors in the US.

Custom 3 piece. The most popular wheel choice for rotors in Australia by a huge margin. Not sure on cost over your side of the planet though.

Hey Mike,

If you send me your caliper clearance data I can price out and guarantee clearance on Work Wheels. Since you were a prior client and Mackin being so unsupportive, what a surprise, I'll get you another special deal. email me sales@autornd.com

Just pick any work wheel. VS series, or even Meister S1.

Thanks, Rishie

I like these, and they can be had in custom offsets, 1mm increments, it appears. Love the Kinesis and Fikse wheels, but too spendy for me.

I'll put in another vote for CCW. Can't beat the quality, weight, and customer service for the price. The fact that he's even closer to you makes all that much more sense.

Rishie, your customer support was excellent, so any comments about Mackin were definitely not directed at you. And yes, Rishie got me a great deal and got them to me quickly when I needed them. Rishie, do you have access to J-Line? As for the CCW's, they are a good deal but there's just something about them I'm not fond of..they're so close aesthetically but not quite there. I'm not sure on the caliper clearance. I have an AP 5200 4pot front setup with 13" rotors, stock rears. How do I measure caliper clearance? From the rotor surface out?

The car went into the shop today thanks to a large rock coming into not so harmonious contact with my Xcessive oil pan. 6 quarts of oil expelled in about 50 feet. Wasn't pretty. Split my front bumper too so I'll be dealing with this for probably the next month. I'm going to attempt to do some body work at the same time but it'll be tough. Once the body stuff goes on, I'll select the wheels when I figure out the size.

AP5200 is supposed to fit inside a 17" rim.... however there are better performance tire choices IMO for 18's.

I have 18x10.5" CCW's all around. Very happy with them. Get the titanium bolt upgrade option. Shaves 9-10ounces off per wheel.

CCW also has a buzz in the industry as providing excellent customer service and has all the parts here ready to ship with no 2-3-4 month waits. Same day most of the time shipping on parts you can install yourself. 3 piece wheel you simply unbolt the damaged part and replace it.

Good luck,

Mark
