mustang rims on a fd

can mustang rims fit on a fd, i know that the bolt pattern matchs up adn the 17's should fit but idk about the center hole. has anyone tried this before?

if the off set is lower, it will just push the rim out right? in anycase, i think i can run a combo of spacers or what ever to get that part to fit, im more intrested in if anyone knows if the center hole is big enuf

Please explain how using spacers, which push the wheel farther out, are going to help when the wheel already sits too far out....

They won't work, man. The offset is too low. You're going to have to pick another wheel.....

Uhh actually,there was an FD for sale on E-Bay with Cobra rims on it and it didn't look to bad!!!

And that's proof that the wheels fit? Some people seem not to care when their fender lips are ripped down and bashed in.....

Are you sure they weren't replica's? I know you can buy replica's in almost any lug pattern/offset..

Jeez Tyler....... don't you know anything?? You put on enough spacers so that the INSIDE edge of the tire clears the fender. This will give the FD that "Wide Track" look that is so popular in East LA and Miami. It's also much safer because you can keep better track of your tire wear.

So, yes Mustang wheels will fit
