You can't do it by just how much power you make, your gearing, the OD of the tire, how you launch, auto vs manual, and your suspension are all factors here.

Do you have a FB, FC, or FD? Auto or manual? Do you have a two-step rev limiter?

Basically, all that I can say is 'bigger is better' and you're gonna want to get as big of a tire out there as you can... and consider having small rims so you have more sidewall, and obviously dropping pressure when you drag vs when you drive there on them, if you do.

And at least on FC's I know that the stock rear suspension, just with new bushings, and sometimes when a little worn out can actually hook up pretty well granted you can adjust camber so you dont go too negative on launch.

Sorry I cant help more but you have to realize its not just power that determines how fast you go for the first 60 feet!
