Question Meister S1 or the Riverside TrafficStar Wheels?

Hi all

I have narrowed down the wheels I want for my Series 7 Australian delivered RX-7.

I am looking at 18x8.5F and 18x9.5R in either the
Works Meister S1 (http://www.work-wheels.co.jp/wheels/...p/mst3p_2.html)
or
Riverside Trafficstar DTS (http://www.river-side.co.jp/products/trafficstar.htm)

Has anyone had any experience with these wheels, your thoughts on them would be much appreciated!

Also with tyre sizing my local rep has suggested the following setup

245/40 F and 265/35 R

Any comments, suggestions help etc would be greatly appreciated, as to be honest tyre setup is not an area I have a great deal of knowledge in!

Many thanks in advance

Personally I like the work's...the others one's belong on bigger 4 door sedans or SUV's...

245x35 is a better setup up front...but there are less brand name choices in the size..I know Pirelli has that size... 265's are fine on a 9.5 inch rim width and 265x35 is a correct size...

I was going to get the Work's, but Rishie told me how heavy they were and it changed my mind.

The S2 is certainly a nice wheel... but i prefer the 5 spoke type look, rather than the thin spokes.. but it certainly is a close call when i was looking at them!

Works certainly has a nice range of wheels thats for sure!

What do these wheels go for out there? These aren't seen much, so how can we judge if it's a good price or not.

I'd be interested cause I do have a lot of people asking for them, but can't compare my distributor's prices to those of others.

Any information would be greatly appreciated as my goal is to get you guys the deepest deal possible for being a part of this network.

Thanks, Rishie

Hi Rishie

From the land down under the wheels were about $1500AUS ea (~$750US) for the S1 and $1400AUS ea for the Riverside set. Thats before i start the haggling process of course
