MazTrix Sway bar end links
oops, nothing posted!
My question was, I bought the MT sway bar end links, and was wondering what is the best way to set them up? they are adjustable, and when I installed them, the orientation of the sway bar itself was completely open to whatever angle I wanted to put it at.

With the car at ride height you want the bar ends to be horizontal. Ideally you should set the bar up with the car on the ground. Adjust one link so the bar is horizontal and attach it and then add your weight to the driver's seat before attaching the other link. This is quite **** for a street car, but it will ensure the bar is not preloaded.
When installing and setting them up on my race car I did the following.
Jack up the front of the car and unhook the front sway bar from each stock end link. Lower the front of the car. (This will eliminate any preload that could effect the adjustment of the rear)
Jack up the rear of the car and remove the wheels. Remove the stock end links and install the adjustable end links to the trailing arms (do not attach them to the sway bar yet). With the wheels remaining off the rear lower the car down on to blocks or jackstands under the rear trailing arms at the height they would be with wheels on the car. (At this point the car is sitting as normal in the front and on bocks in the rear with nothing but the springs holding up the "sprung" weight of the car.)
Place a person or junk in the drivers seat of the car that weighes close to what you weigh. Depending on this amount the car will settle anywhere from 1/8" to 1/2". Adjust the new end link on the passenger side to slightly longer than the stock end link and attach it to the sway bar. Move to the drivers side and adjust it to a length (most likely shorter than stock) so that the bolt holes for the sway bar attachment line up perfectly with out any force or tweaking of the bar to get the bolt to go through. Tighten everything up, remove your blocks or jack stands from under the trailing arms and put your wheels back on. You are done with the rears.
(brief description of front, same process as rear)
Move to the front, remove the wheels and place blocks under the lower "A" arms so it simulates the normal height with the wheels on. Install the new adjustable links on the passenger side (set slightly longer than the stock end links). Move to the drivers side, install and adjust the end link so the bolt holes line up with out any force or tweaking to get the bolt through. Tighten everything up, put the wheels back on, remove your blocks, remove person/junk from drivers seat and have fun!
