lowering my fd...
i was looking into lowering springs and these were the only ones i found...there "TEIN S.TECH LOWERING SPRINGS". i wanted coilovers, but i cant see myself spending $1000+ on them. i wanted to get it to drop at least 1in. i know there supose to adjust and gradually drop to a certain point, but i dont know to wat extent this is? anyone have any experience with these, or any other lowering springs for that matter?
here is the link to the springs on ebay:

The Tein S-Tech drop the car pretty low. Also, they have a fairly high spring rate at which I don't recommend using them with stock shocks.
Here's an old shot of my car with the Tein S-Tech installed:
I definitely had to roll the fenders. I'm running Tokico shocks with them.

People do it all the time, doesn't mean its a good thing to do. You can drive a car with your feet, but just because you can do it doesn't mean its a good idea.

^ haha thx for the sympothy
i think i'm just going to go with the megan racing coilovers, thx so much for all the links(very helpful). if i get these coilovers, they will replace the stock shocks and struts correct? and there wont be anything else suspension wise that ill need to run on them.
thx again everyone for the help...

I didn't see the TEIN SS mentioned. You can get them for around $950 shipped from an authorized dealer. I had them on my MKIV Supra and they are pretty good coilovers for the street. The actually rode quite nicely. They have adjustable dampening settings.
I'm going to get these for my FD as soon as the next paycheck rolls around. Got some SSR SP1's waiting impatiently in the garage
