I would rather doubt anyone (even volk) would make a custom offset in a one-piece wheel, and if they did, you wouldn't want to pay for it.

Multi piece wheels like the above mentioned are where to go... and if you want to run 10's up front, you'll neeed one of the custom high ofsets (+50 or so) that these wheels offer...

BUT, don't some of the multi-piece Volk wheels already come in 10" (at least for the rear?)... the GT series and gram light pro's?

Unless you have coilovers you cxan't run 10" up front anyway...

Fritz Flynn's selling his 10 x 18 CCWs with black centers. They are race versions so no center caps, and they have Hoosier R3S03s mounted in 285/30-18

I've got some Simmons Racing OM-18's for sale with Kuhmo tires. The wheels are a true 3 piece and measure 18 x 8.5 and 18 x 9.5 with a 38mm offset. You can view the wheels on www.simmonswheel.com. They are manufactured in Australia and currently cost around $2300 for the set (not including tires). I'm preparing to list then on Ebay for around $1200. Let me know if your interested.
