lock nut tool?

i have a set of aftermarket rims on my car that were there when i bought it.

i need to change my brakes this week, but there're locknuts on the wheels. where can i find a tool to get these off and how much should i expect to pay?

Take them to NTB they can probably get them off. Even if it means breaking them. Look for 4 new studs before they do it in case they break the studs off to do it.
