pretty sure Kei Office uses standard 8" tall(=?mm) 60 mm ID springs, at least the ones I have do, XTs, so you can just buy new springs and adjust the damping to fit. Upper mounts should work but it will probably not be easy to figure out.

Pillow Ball mounts...

the upper mount between the FD body and shock/spring has no effect on geometry. they simply provide an interface between the spring and body. Mazda wisely constructed them w a bit of rubber to dampen NVH.

i see absolutely no performance advantage to be gained by replacing the OEM item with steel. BTW, how do they get from steel to "pillow"? is your pillow steel?

so my suggestion is to run the OEM mounts.

as to spring rates.... the proper spring rate is the most important aspect of a coil over conversion.

what rate are your springs? what wheels and tires do you run? how do you plan to use the car?
