Install OEM insulator with coilovers?

Hi guys,

I'm about to install my new coilovers on the FD. Since the top mount is in aluminium I wanted to know if I'm suppose to install something between the top mount and the chassis to reduce NVH? When looking at the FSM (p.960 or R-27) I see that there is an insulator between the chassis and the top of the OEM shock. I guess this is a rubber piece. Do you install this piece?

Thanks for help

Alex

Somebody knows in which material is the OEM insulator made? I've tried to find some picture of it without much success.
