I need help determing rim offset

I have the AIT wode body kit 30mm wide front and back.I am looking at puting advan rgII's on my fc3s,9.5 in the rear and 8.5 in the front.I need to know what offset rim to get for the front and back and if i should run a wider rim in the front.Any help would be great.
