How much of a drop if I have 18x8.5 and 18x9.5

I just bought some 18" rims and I need to know how low I can drop my car? I have 18x8.5 with 225/40 in the front and 18x9.5 with 265/35 in the rear (the tire sizes are the same overall diameter). I just want to get rid of ALL of the fender gap without having to tuck the wheels inside the fender. Does anyone have any experience with these size rims and tires????
