HKS install with uneven front height

hipermax ii
installed it tonite to find the front driver side to be a quarter inch higher than that of the passenger..
the thread between collars are exactly the same count..
so there are no issues on that end...
motor mounts are good..
wonderin if hks did that to compensate for driver weight....
any comments or experiences...
also would like to confirm that the left label on the coilover means driver side..

Not sure if it helps but the FSM on an S5 lists the springs for the front at different heights by 10mm. It's also a slightly thicker spring.

That is not uncommon. The car in stock form often has different heights for each side on the front. If you want to get it prefect, have the car corner balanced. If you just want to even the sides up, just adjust the collars so the heights match. There is nothing magic about having the collars in the same place on each side.
