What you do is take your aluminum wheels to an anodizing shop and have them anodized.
Custom? Yes. Custom made? No. Expensive? It will depend on what shop you decide to go with.
Shouldn't be that hard.

To my recollection they were ce28n's not the 57 pro's anyways....You can go two ways..have them make you a set (a hella lot of money) or you could go travisorus rex's way which is considerably less.

I'd skip anodized Volks all together. I have anodized bronze SE37A's and Volk's quality control leaves a lot to be desired. The finish does not even hold up to soap/water and will quickly haze over. I spent $2,600 on those rims and their finish dulled over in two months.

I don't think you can anodized just certain parts of a wheels unless you can seperate them (three piece).

Isn't the anodizing process done with some type of electrical current?
