i posted already in 2nd gen, before i realized there was a section for this. i am trying to find out if my acura legend wheels would fit on my 86 gxl. the legend wheels are:
15x6.5 +65 offset 114.3x5 bolt pattern. i understand the size and bolt pattern is the same, but the offset is different. would this +65 offset wheel fit??

definately not!! that offset is way too high. aim for something in the 30's.
if you're on the lookout for cheap wheels, check out any/all wheels for 98-04 mustangs. theyre all over ebay and they all fit (the 10.5" wide wheels need appropriate fender mods of course)

 

Yep, that offset will definitely not work without some thick spacers.
