And what makes you think you are not getting fire?

or one of the air bypass valve hoses is disconnected, leaving a massive vacuum leak in the system.

look over everything that you did on the intake hose/AFM/filter and you'll find your answer. something is most likely still simply disconnected.

i did reconnect the MAF it would still start without it, just run like crap, i went over every single hose everything is connected, and i took every plug out one at a time and had someone try to turn it over and i got no spark at all so i am thinking about getting new coil packs for all the plugs

Before getting new parts you need to do some basic testing of the ignition system such as checking for voltage w/key to on at the Black/Yellow wire located at the leading coil. There is a white two wire plug. Disconnect the plug and measure for voltage w/key to on on the B/Y wire as it should be present. If there is no voltage then look at the engine fuse box for the 40 amp EGI INJ fuse to see if it is blown or not.

At the leading coil the white plug also houses a Green/Yellow wire. This wire is the trigger for the coil. With it unplugged take the voltage reading off of it w/key to on. The voltage on this wire will either be 5 volts or 0 volts. Turn the alternator pulley as it will rotate the main pulley and in doing so the voltage reading will alternate between 5 volts to 0 volts back to 5 volts and so on. If this wire shows such voltage and the B/Y wire has voltage w/key to on then it helps to narrow down the problem. If both wires read properly then make sure the coil is bolted to the fender properly and the contact between the coil and fender is clean to allow for a proper grounding of the igniter as the coil will not fire w/o a proper ground. If the G/Y wire shows nothing then make sure that the B/W wire coming from the Main Relay on the four wire plug has voltage as it is this wire that powers up the ECU.
