I recently upgraded my shocks and springs on my FD ...The rears are nice and stiff but the fronts....When I push the front down it is easy to move up and Down it does come to a quick stop but it seems to easy to bounce the front end....When I go out to my Honda Accord that front end is harder to move I have replaced the new Tokico 5 ways in the front with new ones...No difference The springs are the Eibach Pro Kit. I dont know what to do.
Could someone go out to there RX7 and push the front end down and up how easy is it? Im lost!!!!! Could the springs be bad? HELP!

 

It's not easy to push down on the front end of my FD R1 (stock Showa shocks, H&R Sport Springs).

I have no idea why yours is easily compressed...must be something else in the suspension system that's loose or worn...bushings...perhaps...

 

Found the problem! The left side Shock was bad..
