Help: Brake questions

Ok, Iam changing the pads all around my car.. This is my first time doing brakes.. I got the front pads in ect, when I did the bleed and the pistons started to close and what not it gets real tight and holds but after you let go of the pedal it stays somewhat tight and the rotor doesnt move super easy. Is it supposed to have some resistance.. I know this probably belongs in the wheel, brakes, suspension forum but i wouldnt get a fast response in there.

It will still drag some, especially if the pads are brand new and have not seen any work yet.
