good unexpensive porformance rotors
im looking for possibly cross drilled brake rotors for my rx7 but i dont want to waste 400 dollers doin so anyone got a site where they are cheap please post like ill be very appreciative.

There's no such thing as "performance" rotors, in the way you are thinking. Cross-drilling reduces heat capacity and rotor life. Just get some OEMs or Brembo blanks.
