you should gain perfomance i would think, less weight to move. i would be more worried about road hazards and rubbing. a freind of mine bent front and rear rim when he hit a large pot hole.

also most people are selling there 19's because they are tired of bending rims or the ride is just too harsh with such a low profile tire. I would seriously consider not going any bigger then 18's, but it's your choice.

Enkei Aegis? Those are NOT super light wheels! You are misreading the picture.
"Enkei Aegis Cast 19x8.5 24.8
Enkei Aegis Cast 19x9.5 24.9"
I've also heard tales of them bending somewhat easily in an 18" application on an FD....19" would be much worse.

For everyones information
These are my wheels https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=561432 ...These wheels weigh 6.9kg....Which equal out to be 15.211671 pounds....Thats with NO TIRE!!!
These wheels are NOT bent...I have several pictures of them on my car..They have been on my car for roughly 2 months...I have never had a problem with them...The only reason I am selling these rims is because I found another set that I have fallin in love with
If you have any questions about these wheels, feel free to PM me and I will gladly give you my contact numbers and information....ANYONE is more than welcome to come to me casa and look at them in person...And ANYONE is more than welcome to bring there own scale and weigh these wheels in person...
If anyone else has any questions please let me know
Thanks,
Shawn
