Get new Suspension Mounting Rubbers if you've rubbing w/ Eibach setup
So I bought an FD not too long ago and the suspension was going. Per rx7club owner's recommendations, I replaced it with a eibach/tokico spring/shock setup. My ride was so rough at that point, I was actually eager to fork out the money.
It's been 2 months and they've been kind of a disappointment. Performance aside, I thought a brand new suspension would eliminate some of the noise and vibration. I was additionally frustrated by rubbing on the driver's side wheel well guard whenever I turned hard. The guard eventually went along with parts of my undertray. I made it a point to avoid cornering hard because I was afraid it'd eat through some of the wiring. Ironic, isn't it? A performance suspension made me afraid to corner.
I finally got some time and had my mechanic look at it. B/c of all the complaints about rubbing from people running eibachs, he wasn't sure what he could do. We looked at it and changing the mounting rubbers seemed like the only option. I was skeptical but willing to try anything. I plopped down $250 bucks...
And it was totally worth it.
Because the old mounts were worn, the new rubber got me about an extra 1/4 inch where it mounts. Near the wheel well, I got about a maybe 5/8 inch. I've no more rubbing and the amount of noise and vibration is minimal. I now feel like I'm not driving a 13 yr old car. I'd advise anybody with rubbing problems to look into doing this.

GOB, thanks for the tip. I recently got an FD too and it had Koni yellows with Racing Beat springs, which was rubbing really bad. The wheel had took out the fender lining and eating into the wiring harness. I'm in process of putting in a set of stock springs back in. Maybe I should switch out the rubber mounts and see how the car sits.
Did you have to order the rubber mounts from Mazda?
