gab 8 way adjustable shock settings for drag racing

just wondering what settings would help the car perform better on the track. it's a 93 FD with H&R springs with gab 8 way adjustable shocks. i was thinking of having the fronts at 8 and the rears somewhere around 3. any suggestions?

You want the rears as soft as possible. Let the car squat all it wants without hitting the bumpstops.

Try that first. If it hits the bumpstops at launch go to 2, etc.

Is this with 550/450# springs? That is a pretty good 60 foot time.
MPH seems like the car is pretty stock.
