Front tires wearing differently?

I've had 2 alignments done and everything seems to be in good working order

I'm autocrossing, so I'm driving the car very hard

Somehow my front right tire wears the outside shoulder noticeably more than the left front tire. There is also a black mark on the corresponding spring where it appears the tire has made contact there at some point

In front I'm running 255/35/18 Hoosiers. I'm not surprised at the wear so much as the fact that one side is so different from the other
Would it just be related to my driving style, or is there likely a part failure somewhere?

Tire pressures are the same (37 cold) and shock stiffness is set to the same setting on both sides
My suspension appears tight and the car only has 30k kilometers on it. HKS Hypermax coilovers with a 25.5" ride height, 18 x 8.5" +45 wheels.

Ideas?

Soft or worn bushings that flex differently from left to right.
Bad shocks.
Different spring rates.
An unbalanced course that has more left handers than right.

Not enough negative camber.

probably just the course, unless it does a figure 8 it will have more turns one way than the other.
