Fittipaldi Force wheels, anyone have them? will they fit?

I have a chance to get a great deal on four 17x8 5-114.3 Fittipaldi Force wheels with a positive 35mm offset. Firstly, will these fit an S4 Turbo II? I know the bolt pattern and width/diameter is fine. I am simply unsure about the offset.

The 17x8s are 19lbs, how is this? I know its not super light, but I think thats pretty light. If I get these, I would go with some 225/45/r17s all around most likely.

What everyone think?

Node saghat! offset looks about right, but I don't remember the stock offsets.
I think +30 is correct for 8" although I'm probably wrong , so +35 wouldn't be much difference
