Fender Rolling Help

Hey folks,
I was rolling my front fenders and noticed that the two fender liner clips or fasteners that are around 25 degrees from top center line is going to be a problem. Should I use a hammer to roll them in a bit or will it not matter. I am sure some folks dealt with this and want their opinion. I have a 94 Touring if that helps....

I just pulled the plastic clips out and rolled the tab up with the fender.

I rolled them up and tucked the fender liner up under them - works great.

i took the clips out and had mr front fenders rolled and i didnt do it properly and i lowered my car it pulled the fender right out and recked it. so make sure you roll them really well if your will be slamming your car. i learnt the hard way.

I just rolled the fender lip under with very minimal pull and the two tabs didn't interfere with that once I removed the screws.

However, if you are going for a pull on the front fenders I recommend first trimming the tabs off so the lip is a uniform width all the way around. Otherwise, I have seen that as you stretch the metal for a pull it buckles at the tabs from uneven tensions.
