dunno on the sizing.

you can roll it yourself with a propane torch and baseball bat.

or you could shell out a few hundred for a fender roller. i think 'eastwood' or someone makes them.

make sure you slit the paint so it doesn't stretch and crack.

you can roll it yourself with a propane torch and baseball bat. unless you plan to repaint... do it right.

JesusCookies will rent you the tool. I rented it from him and it was easy to do. Split the cost with a few buddies.

how about the wheel fitment, would rolling them work or would i be better off putting diff. fenders on? maybe cutting out a section and welding in a wider piece? would it look dumb with only fronts wider?

that really depends on just how tight a fit that wheel is. i don't own a FC so i have no idea.

if you want to make even more room you can pull the fender too.

baseball bat and propane torch works fine. plenty of 240sx people have done it without ******* up their car. personally i would use a roller just for peace of mind though.

1) it will clear the inner suspension no problem

HOWEVER....

The Smallest tire you should run on a 9 inch rim is a 235..... most 235's have about a 9.5 inch section width...

Thats going to push the tire out 28mm more than a stock TII tire... You are going to have to roll them about 10MM i would think to get it to pass inspection in most states....

when you say clear them do you mean the wheel will tuck under the fender or will it be flush?
