FD rubbing bad up front

Hello everyone, the front tires on my FD are rubbing something fierce and I'm hoping for some advice. I have eibach 1" drop springs, 17x8 wheels with +38 offset, and 245/45/17 Kunho ecsta mx tires that want to pull my fender lip out every chance they get even with a roll. I need to know which you would go with that would give me the least chance of rubbing, 235/45/17 or 245/40/17?
