My car had some bad over steer issue while autocrossing

I run 650 f / 500 R on GAB R shocks , and a RB front swaybar .

With the rear swaybar I was still having some traction issues , But after I removed it for autocrossing Stiffened the rear shocks a bit since I had them at full soft before , s I went from being in the middle of the pack to winning my class and being up there with some quick drivers for the last couple events. Being able to put the power down without the car going every which way made a big difference , NOW autocross season is done for . down here

in the next couple of weeks I plan to do my first track day . But I'm wondering if the good balance and grip I had at auto-x will transfer to the track ? I'm curious if anyone runs without a rear sway at the track . or if I should reconnect it .

I still have the swaybar on the car i just need to hook it up if needed .
