there is almost NO difference in 295 vs 285 when mounted on the same width wheel.

of course some tire models do differe so its hard to ay unless you have the mfg specs right in front of you.

what 18x10 +50 wheels are you looking into? I would think most will clear the brakes but some specific wheels may not.

They clear. It's been done many a many times before. 18x10 +50 with the 285/30-18 tires. Do it, Do it, Do it now...

Yeah, already talked with them. Great prices, and the prices didn't change when I decided to go from 17s to 18s.
