FD ABS tool?

ok stupid question. Can somebody with a fd FSM look up to see what the mazda ABS "TOOL" computer is listed as... Meaning the mazda part #

P-37 of the FSM lists an 'ABS Tester' as part #0000-42-0010. There is also an adapter harness with part #49-H066-003.

anyone ever use this tool? i have the tester but not the adapter harness with part #49-H066-003. how much does that adapter harness cost? is it definately necessary to run the diagnostic test?
