I think the flat black looks awesome. If I were to ever get another black FC, I would go with flat black.

Rishies FCs are perfect examples of why they can fit well on an FC with a low profile tire. some widths on an 18" tire have a lower overall tire diameter than in 17" because of shorter sidewalls. mustang/camaro use much taller tires and they can look really stupid on an FC, like 4x4 or innertube style = lame.
case in point... my FC on 17" wheels with 275 and 285 tires was almost goofy with tires at 26" o.d., but now with 18" 285/295 in 30 series sidewalls yields a 25" o.d. so the car is a half inch lower to the ground and also a half inch more clearance to the top of the inner fender.

here's my wide FC on 18" ssr sp1s (sorry the paint blows)-

[Front]Work VS-SS 17x8 +35 i forget, but i think i have 7mm worth of spacers up front and i really forget the tires size, but kinda big and camber all the way in.

[Rear]Work VS-SS 18x9 +26 225/40/18 with a 5mm spacer and a lot of camber

All under stock rolled fenders

FYI, those must be LE37K's because of the machined lip. Discontinued.

i am a big fan of stagered wheels... i run 17x9 +12 on the front and i currently i run 18x9 +30 on the back... soon to be replaced my 18x10 +19s.. havent touched the guards yet... might need to roll the rears when the new wheels go on...
