fc suspension project

hey everyone im ready to start to upgrade my suspension on my fc

1. whats the difference between coilover kits and just new adjustable struts and spring?

2. to upgrade the suspension what should i start with? i was thinking rb springs and corksport front and rear strut bars. any suggestions?

I would start with a GOOD inspection of the stock components.
Replace any worn or questionable parts FIRST.
Before buying any corkcrap strut bars, invest in new bushings, ball joints and tie-rod ends.

Great advice. Too many times people "upgrade" their car without fixing what's there to start with. To me it's kind of like putting expensive wheels on your car when it is still only primered

should you use OEM ball joints and tie rod ends?
