fc front sway bars bad?

I would do it just to get some bearings on the bar and not have to deal will bind-prone poly bushings.

on the rally car (FB with FC front stuffs) I ran NO sway bars at all. But I also compensated with spring rates and damper valving. Car drove wonderfully on asphalt and gravel. Also the front bar limits travel on my setup

As long as the car is already loud and a chore to drive.

I had the bronze bearings on my FD Tripoint and the noise transmitted into the chassis and steering wheel was horrible just driving to the races. I went back to the poly.

Its not a big deal on a short drive, but if you drive 4-6hrs to a race you feel pretty worn out by the time you get there if your car isn't easy to drive.

I think a thin delrin sheath/cylinder pushed into an slightly oversized poly bushing would work very well for decreasing the maintenance (yes, you really do have to re-lube poly all the friggen time or it is bindy).

I uses to wrap sway bars in teflon tape and that worked very well for awhile, as long as the sway bar bushings were smooth and not the ribbed style.

I need to pull the front of my car apart anyway. I am going to add a zerks to the sway bar mounts and my front control arms too.
