Gram Light 57DR in 17x9 +38?

I am thinking about picking up a square set up of the gram lights 57DR in 17x9 +38. According to the fd wheel and tire spreadsheet, the fronts ideally would be +44 in the front, +31 in the rear. Will this small difference still fit the car with the offset still a little too wide in front? I have a stock bodied FD and would prefer not to have to roll fenders. I would also like to avoid any sort of rubbing. What if I run a 245 tire instead of 255?

Ohlins will be mounted on the car soon, but currently sits on stock R1 suspension.

The rears will fit fine, but you may want spacers to make them look more flush. With stock ride height, you'll likely be fine up front, but I'd recommend that you roll the fenders, or run a narrower tire (245).

Depend on your ride height with the Ohlins, you can rub at full lock going on a slang even with 245. I'm running 17x9 +35 up front with 245/40, ride height is about 25" and at full lock going down a driveway I'll rub if I don't roll my fenders.
